Who are AA4A’s clients?Our customers include Ministries of Health; HIV / AIDS, TB and Malaria programs working with Global Fund, PEPFAR, CHAI, EU and World Bank. AA4A has worked with NGOs as well as the private health sector. Procurement agencies of health commodities have requested AA4As services. Where has AA4A recently built capacity or provided consultancy services?An example of a recent assignment is the development of a Procurement and Supply Management (PSM) plan for a Global Fund Principal Recipient, responsible for a malaria program. Other examples include assessments of procurement and/or supply chains for Lesotho’s and Mozambique’s Central Medical Stores. Furthermore, Supply Chain Management Systems (SCMS) requested AA4A to deliver long-term pharmaceutical support. AA4A has reviewed training materials (distance learning CD-rom) for IPlus Solutions. AA4A consultantsOur consultants have wide experience, knowledge and skills in both public and private health delivery systems in developing countries including Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Zambia, Kenya, Malawi, Sudan, Uganda, Ethiopia and South Africa. The consultants have worked with Ministries of Health, NGOs, Procurement agencies, the private pharmaceutical industry and various funding mechanisms in various capacities such as Global Fund, PEPFAR, CHAI, EU and World Bank.
